powerBUILD

If your goal is to build muscle, functional strength and structural stability, powerBUILD classes are a must. You will find a combination of compound and accessory exercises to deliver a full-body workout. In this repetition-based class, we focus on proper technique, posture and movement patterns. Don’t be intimidated by the name – powerBUILD is actually a great starter class thanks to its slower pace and the ability to tailor it to your fitness level.

What to Expect: A full-body workout based on compound exercises, complemented with core and accessory work which changes for every class.

Build classes are designed to build functional strength and lean muscle mass. Utilizing a variety of equipment, exercises, and progression methods we ensure your body is challenged in different ways to allow for continued progress. We spend longer time on each exercise to perfect technique and to build up to push heavier weights more safely.

powerBURN

If you’re looking for a full-body conditioning workout that strengthens your muscles and cardiovascular health, powerBURN is the class for you. Alternating burst of strength and cardio will torch calories, build lean muscle and boost your metabolism. Whilst the class is a higher intensity and pace, you can scale the workout to your fitness level. The class will keep your mind and body engaged and before you know it, you will have pushed your personal limits and feel accomplished after.

What to Expect: Alternating bursts of strength + cardio exercises that keep your mind and body engaged throughout the entire class. 

Burn is a full-body circuit-style class that combines cardiovascular and muscle endurance training in a metabolic conditioning format. Tapping your body’s metabolic pathways (not to mention muscles and heart) at a high level, we achieve a high output and boost your metabolism to continue torching calories long after you leave the studio.

powerMIXER

powerMIXER classes deliver a full-body workout that hits all three fundamentals of fitness: strength, conditioning and mobility. The unique blend and format of the class delivers not only an increase in muscular endurance and boosted metabolism, but also improvement in joint mobility and active range of motion. Every strength exercise is paired with a primer/mobility exercise. This establishes optimal mind-muscle connection and ensures joints are ready to work through full ranges of motion for the subsequent strength exercise. Cardio bursts in between these primer/strength combinations guarantee you get the entire trifecta of benefits!

What to Expect: a full-body workout that hits all three fundamentals of fitness: strength, conditioning and mobility. The class targets strength, conditioning and mobility by dedicating 1 minute to a mobility movement, 1 minute to a strength movement and 30 seconds to cardio interval work. We spend 5 minutes at each station, allowing us to achieve 2 sets of mobility, strength and cardio before moving on to the next series of movements.

powerDOWN

powerDOWN is the perfect complement to our strength-based classes. Dimmed lights set the right atmosphere for a class that focuses on reducing tension, moving optimally, rehabilitation and injury prevention. Expect slow, controlled movements with lots of intention and integrity. We ease tension in joints and muscles while correcting movement patterns and expanding active ranges of motion. Mainly body weight, the class may incorporate light resistance bands, foam rollers, yoga blocks and tune-up balls. The motto is slowing down to tune up!

What to Expect: slow controlled movements with lots of intention and integrity. Most exercises will be performed body weight but we might include resistance bands, yoga blocks or tune-up balls. 

powerDOWN classes give you the perfect dose of slowing down and tuning up all at once. We ease tension in joints and muscles while correcting movement patterns and expanding active ranges of motion. This class will support your recovery, improve mobility and help reduce risk of injury. It’s the ideal complement to your powerhaus training.
