It's also important to listen to your body and give it what it needs, whether that's rest, nourishment, or movement. Ultimately, my goal as a nutritionist is to empower people to develop a positive relationship with food and their bodies, and to help them achieve their fitness and wellness goals sustainably and enjoyably.
