This mom-focused 45-minutes class focuses on postpartum recovery, where you'll not only build core strength and pelvic floor stability but also find camaraderie and support among fellow moms.

  • Six-week program: $180

  • Drop-In Class*: $35 - email us to sign up

*Drop-In Classes booking on a first-come first-serve basis and only available if program is not fully booked.

Must be at least 6 weeks postpartum and cleared for exercise by a medical professional.

Our classes are designed with you and your little one in mind. Babies are welcome to join in the fun while you focus on rebuilding strength and confidence postpartum.

Babies Welcome

We LOVE Babies and they are welcome at the powerhaus studio – they can be beside you, in their playpen, or worn/carried during the class.
