We recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early to check in, familiarize yourself with the studio, and meet your instructor.

Yes! Powerhaus classes are accessible to all fitness levels. Our instructors are skilled at offering modifications and guiding beginners through their first class. We recommend starting with a powerBUILD or powerDOWN class as they have a slightly slower pace, allowing for more hands-on coaching.

Your first class will start with the trainer introducing the class format and demonstrating the exercises, followed by a warm-up. You'll then pick a starting station and work through the circuit under your coach's guidance. We end the class with a cool-down and stretch.
Expect to feel challenged but supported! You can take breaks, slow down, and use modifications as needed. -
The ideal frequency depends on your fitness goals, but most members achieve the best results by attending 3 to 4 classes per week.
